3 Ingredient Healthy Chicken Nuggets

One pack of chicken mince makes a whopping 27 nuggets!

 

Ingredients:

HECK! chicken mince

1 egg

Breadcrumbs

 

Method:

1) Pop your mince into a bowl and add your egg and mix well.

2) If the mixture is wet, use 1-2 tosp breadcrumbs tho thicken.

3) Take a teaspoon of the mixture and roll into a ball using palm of hands.

4) Pop into your bowl of breadcrumbs and flatten down slightly, then coat the other side. Repeat until you've used all mince.

5) Now place them in the air fryer for 12 minutes at 180degrees
