Biscoff Double Cheeseburger
Prep Time: 2 mins Cook Time: 15-20 mins - Serves 1
Fill up on this sweet & salty madness to shock the taste buds!
Ingredients:
2 Cheese Squares
4-5 rashers of Bacon
2 tbsp of Biscoff
1 Burger Bun
Method:
- Heat a splash of oil in a frying pan. Fry the burgers off for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally to ensure they’re evenly cooked and golden brown in colour.
- Meanwhile, in another pan, add the bacon and fry off until it reaches the crispiness you desire. You could grill if you prefer.
- Once the burgers are cooked through, place a cheese slice on top of each burger whilst still in the pan. Stack one burger and cheese on top of the other and cover with a lid to allow the cheese to melt. This shouldn’t take long. Remove pan from heat and set aside.
- Heat biscoff in a jug in the microwave for 20 seconds, then remove.
- Lay the base of the burger up down on your plate. Now add the burger & cheese stack followed by bacon.
- Pour the biscoff over the top, then complete by placing the top of the burger bun on top.
- Serve and enjoy! You’re going to want a napkin…
