Ingredients:
1 Egg (or more if you wish)
4-5 rashers of Bacon
1 Cheese Slice
150g Baked Beans
1 Seeded Brioche Burger Bun
Oil
Method:
- Add a drop of oil to a frying pan and heat over a medium/high heat. Once hot, add the burger to the pan and fry off evenly until golden brown. This should take around 10-12 mins.
- Remove the burger from the pan and set aside.
- Now add the bacon to the pan. Fry off until at your desired crispiness then set aside.
- Now crack your egg into the pan, careful not to break the yolk, and fry off until the white has solidified. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- Heat the baked beans for 2 minutes in the microwave, or in a saucepan if you prefer.
- It’s time to assemble the burger. Lay the base of the bread bun out. Stack the burger on top, followed by the bacon rashers, the cheese, the egg, then spoon the beans on top. Finish by placing the lid of the burger bun on top.
- Serve up quickly (to ensure all the filling doesn’t escape) and enjoy!
Tips!
- You can cook more eggs, bacon and baked beans if you desire, don’t be shy!
Serve with a napkin or some wet wipes
