Charcuterie wreath board

Ingredients:

  • HECK 97%
  • Pickled onions
  • Salami selections
  • Baby tomatoes
  • Olives
  • Mozzarella balls
  • Cocktail sticks
  • Rosemary
  • Camembert

Method:

  1. Add sausages to air fryer and cook for 10-12 minutes at 180.
  2. Once cooked cut into 3-4 pieces
  3. Now start adding a different selection to your cocktail sticks
  4. Once you have around 30 made, pop them onto a board and start creating a circle, stacking them on top of one another to create a fullness effect.
  5. Cut camembert across top and place in air fryer for 6-8 minuets
  6. Place in the centre of your wreath and enjoy dipping!!
