Serves 4
Ingredients:
- 3-4 large white potatoes
- 1 pack HECK 97%
- Bisto sausage gravy
- Chives to garnish
- 200g grated cheese
Method:
- Pre heat oven to 180 degrees
- Onto a baking tray, add sausages and cook for 15 minutes until golden, then cut each sausage into 4 and place back in oven for 5 minutes.
- Wash potatoes and cut into chip sizes keeping the skin on
- Place in the air fryer at 180 degrees for 10/15 minutes regularly turning
- Into a jug make up your bisto as instructed on packaging
- Add your chips into an oven proof dish and top with sausages.
- Poor over your gravy
- Top with cheese and place in the oven for 7/10 minutes
- Remove from oven and finish with a garnish of chopped chives!
