Cook Time: 15-20 minutes - Serves 2
Bring the tastes of your holidays home! This burger is stacked full of delicious Greek flavours.
Ingredients
- 2 x Chicken, Red Pepper & Feta Burgers
- 2 x Brioche Sesame Burger Buns
- I handful of Rocket Leaves
- 1 Ripe Avocado
- 1 Block of Halloumi
- Mayonnaise
- Olive Oil
Method
- In a large hot pan, cook your HECK burgers with a little oil until golden brown and cooked all the way through. Whilst cooking, prepare your burger toppings
- In a small hot pan, add in some slices of halloumi - Keep turning regularly to avoid burning (they cook quickly!)
- Slice up the avocado into thin slices
- Slice the burger bun in half and lightly toast until the grill or in the toaster - Again, don’t take your eyes off them. Remove once lightly golden brown
- Start stacking up the burger with the brioche bun base, about a tablespoon of mayonnaise, a handful of rocket, the HECK chicken burger, the avocado slices and the halloumi slices before finishing with the top of the brioche bun
- Dig in whilst it’s toasty hot and enjoy!
