Serves: 4
Ingredients:
- 1 pack HECK Chorizo-Style 97% sausages, deskinned
- 250g halloumi
- 300g mini hash browns
- 4 eggs
- 1 large avocado, mashed
- 4 slices sourdough
- 2 tbsp chili oil
Method:
-
Heat a little oil in a medium pan over medium heat. Add the deskinned sausages and crumble them into small pieces. Drizzle in the chili oil and cook for 14-16 minutes, stirring occasionally, until crispy.
-
Meanwhile, bring a pot of water to a boil. Gently lower in the eggs and cook for 6 minutes. Once done, transfer to an ice bath to stop the cooking.
-
In a separate pan, fry the halloumi until golden and crispy.
-
While the halloumi cooks, place the hash browns in an air fryer at 200°C for 10 minutes. Once crispy, drizzle with hot honey.
-
Toast the sourdough slices. Once ready, layer with mashed avocado, followed by halloumi, chorizo, hash browns, and finally, a peeled soft-boiled egg.
-
Season with salt, pepper, and an extra drizzle of chili oil.
Serve and enjoy!
