Keep it classic with this sausage ciabatta bap - delicious, quick & fuss-free!
Ingredients
Pork, Oven Roasted Tomato & Olive Chipolatas
Ready to bake ciabatta baps
1 Beef Tomato
Handful Fresh Rocket
1tbsp Mayonnaise
Mozzarella Slices
Olive Oil
Method
- Pre-heat your oven to 200°C fan
- In a large hot pan, cook your HECK sausages with a little oil until golden brown and cooked all the way through
- Place the bread rolls on a baking tray in the middle of a pre-heated oven for 8-10 minutes. For a crisper crust, lightly sprinkle with water before baking. Allow to cool for 2 minutes on a wire rack before serving.
- Cut the bap in half and start stacking. Layer on some mayonnaise to the base, add a handful of fresh rocket leaves, top with a slice of beef tomato then place on the cooked HECK sausages and a slice of mozzarella cheese before adding the bap lid
- Serve up and enjoy!
