Cranberry and sausage filo parcels

Ingredients:

  • Filo Pastry
  • HECK chipolatas.
  • Cranberry sauce
  • Brie
  • One egg, beaten.

Method:

  1. Pre heat oven to 180 degrees
  2. Cut filo pastry into squares and pop 2-3 squares into a canape tray, over lapping.
  3. Cut chipolatas into 3 and either fry or air fry for 10 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Into your filo, pop a sausage a slither of brie and a teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
  5. Lightly egg wash the pastry.
  6. Now pop in the oven for 10-15 minutes until golden!
