Ingredients:
- Filo Pastry
- HECK chipolatas.
- Cranberry sauce
- Brie
- One egg, beaten.
Method:
- Pre heat oven to 180 degrees
- Cut filo pastry into squares and pop 2-3 squares into a canape tray, over lapping.
- Cut chipolatas into 3 and either fry or air fry for 10 minutes until golden brown.
- Into your filo, pop a sausage a slither of brie and a teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
- Lightly egg wash the pastry.
- Now pop in the oven for 10-15 minutes until golden!
