Serves 4
Ingredients:
Yorkshire puddings
- 100g Plain Flour
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 3 Eggs
- 225ml Milk
Stuffing balls
- 130g Stuffing mix
- 200ml Boiling water
Pigs in blankets
- Smoked streaky bacon
- HECK 97% sausages
To serve:
- Gravy
- Rosemary
Method:
- Pre heat oven to 200 degrees.
- In a small bowl, add your Stuffing mixture and your boiling water as instructed and mix until combined. Set aside.
- Get your HECK sausages and wrap 2 slices of bacon around them.
- Pop your sausages into the air fryer for 10 minutes until partially cooked.
- Coat a small layer of vegetable oil at the bottom of your baking dish and pop into the oven to heat up.
- In a medium bowl, mix the flour and salt together.
- Add the eggs and a little of the milk. Whisk until smooth, then gradually add the remaining milk.
- Coat a small layer of vegetable oil at the bottom of your baking dish and pop into the oven to heat up.
- Add your Yorkshire pudding mixture in your baking dish and slowly add in your sausages.
- With a tablespoon, add your stuffing mixture on top of the Yorkshire pudding mixture and sausages.
- Place in the oven for 25 – 30 minutes until golden brown.
