Ingredients:
- HECK beef burgers.
- Brioche bread buns
- Cheese slices
- 2/3 Pickled gherkins
- 2 large potatoes
- 2 tbsp burger sauce
- 20g Iceberg lettuce finely cut
- 1 Large tomato, sliced.
- Onion chutney 1tsp
- Salt and pepper
Method:
- Take potato a wash skin. Cut into chip slices and add to the air fryer for 20 minutes for 15/20 minutes until golden, regularly stirring.
- Prep the veg and set aside.
- To tin foil, place your burgers down and cover with foil. Press the burgers down to create a really thin shape.
- Using a frying pan/George Forman fry off your burgers for around 10/15 minutes until golden brown.
- Add your cheese onto burgers and place burger buns onto pan to lightly toast.
- Now everything is ready, load up your burger, wrap in parchment paper.
- Season your chips and enjoy this super tasty fakeaway!
