Ingredients
2 x Chicken, Red Pepper & Feta Burgers200g Spaghetti
200g Tomato & Mascarpone Pasta Sauce
Parmesan Cheese, however much you like
Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper
A few sprigs of Fresh Parsley
Method
- Into a large hot frying pan, add in some olive oil
- Quarter the burger meat and then roll up in a meatball
- Add to the hot pan and fry for a few minutes, continuously moving them so they cook all over
- Whilst the meatballs cook, start cooking the spaghetti pasta in salted boiling water. Cook until al dente or until softened to your liking
- Once the pasta is cooked, add in the pasta sauce and stir before adding on the meatballs.
- Grate some shavings of parmesan over, season and finish with fresh parsley
