Cook Time: 25-30 mins - Serves: 2
Ingredients:
- HECK Chicken, Red Pepper & Feta Chipolatas
- 200g Baby Potatoes
- 60g Salad
- 1Tsp Dried Rosemary
- A knob of salted butter
- Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper to season
- ½ x Fresh Lemon
Method:
- In a large hot pan with a little olive oil add the HECK Chipolatas. Cook until golden brown and cooked all the way through.
- In a large pot of boiling water, add in the baby potatoes and boil on a medium-high heat for around 12-15 minutes until softened. Drain off the water, pop them back in the pot with a knob of butter and the rosemary.
- Once everything has cooked serve up on a plate along with some salad and dressing.
