Ingredients:
4 HECK chicken rashers
1 tbsp olive oil
4 mini wraps
4 free-range eggs
2 small avocados
10g feta cheese
Method:
- Heat a tsp of oil in a frying pan and cook the rashers as per packet instructions. Set aside.
- Heat the remaining oil in the pan and crack in the eggs, once starting to set sprinkle over the feta cheese and fry the eggs to your liking.
- Meanwhile, mash the avocado with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
- Warm the wrap in the microwave or in a dry frying pan, then load up with some smashed avocado, chicken rashers and feta fried egg.
