Serves 4
Ingredients:
- 4 large potatoes
- 6 Heck 97% sausages
- 350ml gravy
- 4 knobs of butter
- 30g grated cheese
- 1 cup peas
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 tbsp crispy onions
- 2 tbsp oil
Method:
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C. Lightly brush the potatoes with oil, season with salt and pepper, then wrap each one in foil.
- Cook in the air fryer for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and cook for another 10 minutes until crispy.
- While the potatoes are cooking, cut the sausages into bite-sized pieces and fry them over medium heat for 8 minutes until golden.
- Heat the gravy and peas as desired.
- Once the potatoes are done, slice them open and fluff the insides with butter, salt, pepper, and grated cheese.
- Top with the crispy sausages, spoon over the peas, and drizzle generously with gravy.
- Finish with a sprinkle of crispy onions.
