BBQ Steak & Cheese Mini Burger
2 HECK Steak & Butter Mini Burgers
1 mini burger bun
2 slices cheddar cheese
2 tsp BBQ sauce
Handful iceberg lettuce, shredded
- Add the burgers to a hot BBQ or grill cook for 4 minutes each side until thoroughly cooked through. Use a glass to cut out smaller circles of cheddar cheese. Place these on top of the burgers and cook until melted.
- Slice the mini burger bun in half, top with iceberg lettuce, the two cheese burgers and finally a drizzle of BBQ sauce. Use a skewer to secure the slider.
Sticky Honey Pork & Apple Mini Burger
2 HECK Pork & Apple Mini Burgers
1 mini burger bun
1 tbsp coleslaw
2 tsp honey
- Add the burgers to a hot BBQ or grill cook for 4 minutes each side until thoroughly cooked through.
- Slice the mini burger bun in half, top with coleslaw the two pork and apple burgers and finally a drizzle of honey. Use a skewer to secure the slider.
Spicy Sriracha Mayo Chicken Mini Burger
2 HECK Chicken Italia Mini Burgers
1 mini burger bun
Handful of rocket leaves
2 tsp Sriracha mayo
- Add the burgers to a hot BBQ or grill cook for 4 minutes each side until thoroughly cooked through.
- Slice the mini burger bun in half.
- Spread a tsp of sriracha mayo to the bottom of the bun, top with rocket leaves, the two chicken burgers and finally an extra drizzle of sriracha mayo. Use a skewer to secure the slider.
