Ingredients:
2 HECK sriracha sausage bombs
Handful of shredded iceberg lettuce
4 slices of tomato
2 slices red Leicester cheese
2 brioche burger buns
2 tbsp sriracha mayo, to serve
Method:
- Cook the sausage bombs as per packet instructions.
- Meanwhile, toast the brioche buns in a dry frying pan.
- Top with the cheese slice, lettuce, tomato and finally the sriracha sausage bomb.
- Serve with sriracha mayo if desired.
