The ultimate sweet and salty brunch recipe, hot honey sausages, smashed avo and gooey soft boiled eggs, served on top of a lightly toasted seeded loaf.
INGREDIENTS
2 slices seeded bread
4 Heck pork 97% chipolatas
2 medium avocados
2 golden yolk eggs
2 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
METHOD
- Place the sausages under a hot grill and cook for 12 minutes, turning half way until browned all over.
- Meanwhile, mash the avocados and season well with salt and black pepper.
- Place eggs into a pan of boiling water and simmer for 6 minutes. Drain and then run under cold water. Peel off the shells and set aside.
- Toast the bread and place onto a serving plate, top with the mashed avocado, gooey soft boiled egg and the grilled sausages.
- Mix the honey and chilli flakes together and gently heat in the microwave for 10 seconds until honey has loosened. Drizzle over the sausages and enjoy!
