Italian-Style Sushi

Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • 2-4 Chicken Italia chipolatas
  • 7 slices of prosciutto
  • A handful of rocket
  • 4-5 sundried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 ball of mozzarella, sliced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Balsamic glaze, for drizzling

Method:

  1. Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the chipolatas for 7-10 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  2. Lay a sheet of parchment paper on a flat surface and arrange the prosciutto slices slightly overlapping.
  3. Place the rocket, sundried tomatoes, cooked sausages, and mozzarella in the center.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, then drizzle with balsamic glaze.
  5. Carefully roll everything together tightly, using the parchment paper to help shape the roll.
  6. Slice into bite-sized pieces and serve immediately.
