Ingredients:
- 2-4 Chicken Italia chipolatas
- 7 slices of prosciutto
- A handful of rocket
- 4-5 sundried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 ball of mozzarella, sliced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Balsamic glaze, for drizzling
Method:
- Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the chipolatas for 7-10 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Lay a sheet of parchment paper on a flat surface and arrange the prosciutto slices slightly overlapping.
- Place the rocket, sundried tomatoes, cooked sausages, and mozzarella in the center.
- Season with salt and pepper, then drizzle with balsamic glaze.
- Carefully roll everything together tightly, using the parchment paper to help shape the roll.
- Slice into bite-sized pieces and serve immediately.
