Turn your sweet potatoes into something extra special! Scoop the Fluffy insides out and mash with cheese & chives. Top the stuffed stuffed skins with our bonfire special Guy Porks sausages & a dollop of sour cream
Ingredients
- 1 Pack Heck! Guy Porks Sausages
- 3 Large Sweet Potatoes
- 1tbsp Cream Cheese
- 100g Cheddar Cheese (Grated)
- 50g Sour Cream
- 5g Chopped Chives
- Salt & Pepper
- Oil for cooking
- Pre-heat your oven to 180C
- Start by giving the sweet potatoes a quick scrub, dry them off and prick with a sharp knife or fork. Place in the microwave for around 8-10 minutes or until soft to touch (be careful they will be hot)
- Whilst your potatoes cook, cook the sausages in a hot pan with a little oil. Until golden brown
- Once soft, cut in half and spoon out the potato filling and place into a mixing bowl. Place the skins onto a baking tray
- Mash up the potato filling with a fork, add in the cream cheese and seasoning and stir together. Slice up the cooked sausages, add in and mix through.
- Spoon the potato and sausage mix back into the skins, top with the grated cheese and place into the oven for around 10-15 minutes
- Once cooked, top with a spoonful of sour cream and sprinkle with chopped chives.
