Low carb pizza bowl
Low carb? Big flavour. This Low Carb Pizza Bowl is everything you need. Cheesy. Spicy. Packed with protein. A full-on pizza party… in a bowl. And yeah, it’s got 39g of protein per serving because we're not here to mess around.

Ingredients:
  • 1 pack HECK! Chicken Italia sausages (chopped into chunky 2cm bites)
  • 1 large sweet potato, diced
  • 150g mushrooms, diced
  • 2 peppers, diced
  • 100g grated mozzarella
  • 50g cheddar cheese
  • 400g passata
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp chilli paste
  • Mini pepperoni slices (don’t hold back)
  • 1 tbsp oil

 

Method:
  1. Heat oil in a big pan, toss in those sausages and fry till golden and glorious.
  2. Add sweet potato, mushrooms, and peppers. Let them sizzle for a few minutes.
  3. Pour in the passata & Stir it up.
  4. Stir in garlic and chilli paste. 
  5. Let it bubble away for 15 mins. Stir occasionally. 
  6. Spoon the saucy mix into ovenproof bowls. Load it up with mozzarella, cheddar, and pepperoni. 
  7. Grill for 10 minutes till the cheese is melty & bubbly!
