Ingredients:
- 1 pack HECK! Chicken Italia sausages (chopped into chunky 2cm bites)
- 1 large sweet potato, diced
- 150g mushrooms, diced
- 2 peppers, diced
- 100g grated mozzarella
- 50g cheddar cheese
- 400g passata
- 1 tbsp garlic paste
- 1 tbsp chilli paste
- Mini pepperoni slices (don’t hold back)
- 1 tbsp oil
Method:
- Heat oil in a big pan, toss in those sausages and fry till golden and glorious.
- Add sweet potato, mushrooms, and peppers. Let them sizzle for a few minutes.
- Pour in the passata & Stir it up.
- Stir in garlic and chilli paste.
- Let it bubble away for 15 mins. Stir occasionally.
- Spoon the saucy mix into ovenproof bowls. Load it up with mozzarella, cheddar, and pepperoni.
- Grill for 10 minutes till the cheese is melty & bubbly!
