Make this recipe gluten-free by using a gluten-free mustard
Ingredients
One Pack Heck 97% Pork Sausages or Chipolatas
25ml Maple Syrup
25ml Honey
20g Whole Grain Mustard
20g Dijon Mustard
Small Handful Chopped Parsley
Method
Heat a large frying pan and begin to cook the sausages on low to medium heat for 10-12 min, making sure to keep them moving every so often.
As the sausages are cooking, mix all the other ingredients together to make the glaze. After 10-12 minutes place the glaze on top of the sausages, turn up the heat and cook until the glaze has gone sticky and coated the all of the sausages.
Great on their own or as a Boxing Day butty!
