Our Heck! Meat Free Sausages are baked with pears and orange marmalade to create a super easy and quick one pot recipe that certainly doesn’t comprise on taste!
Ingredients
- 1 Pack Heck! Meat Free
- 2 Red Onions
- 2 Pears
- 1 Large Garlic Bulb
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 110ml Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Wholegrain Mustard
- 150g Marmalade
- Dill Sprigs
Method
- Firstly, preheat the oven to 220C and warm the marmalade in the microwave for 1 minute until its runny
- Peel the onions, then chop the peeled onions and pears into wedges and half the garlic bulb crossways
- Toss everything but the dill sprigs into an ovenproof dish and baste with the juices from the runny marmalade, oil, mustard and apple cider vinegar. Cook for 25 minutes so that the sausages are cooked through
- Plate up, scatter over the dill and serve
