Meat-free, brie & cranberry sausage rolls

Ingredients:

  • Ready rolled puff pastry.
  • Cranberry sauce
  • HECK!meat free.
  • Veggie bacon
  • Brie
  • One egg, beaten.
  • Poppy seeds

Method:

  1. Pre heat oven to 200 degrees.
  2. Roll out pastry flat.
  3. Lay out vegan bacon across the middle.
    1. Cut brie into slices and lay across the bacon.
    2. Now add sausages across.
    3. Using a teaspoon, pop cranberry sauce down the

sides of your sausage.

    1. From the top fold your pastry over your filling, now roll tightly. Using your beaten egg, to stick the end together and roll.
    2. Cut into sections (whatever size you like)
    3. Add to a flours oven tray and slice the tops.
    4. Using the rest of egg, generously coat the tops
    5. Sprinkle with poppy seeds and add to the oven for

20 minutes until golden brown.
