Ingredients:
- Ready rolled puff pastry.
- Cranberry sauce
- HECK!meat free.
- Veggie bacon
- Brie
- One egg, beaten.
- Poppy seeds
Method:
- Pre heat oven to 200 degrees.
- Roll out pastry flat.
- Lay out vegan bacon across the middle.
- Cut brie into slices and lay across the bacon.
- Now add sausages across.
- Using a teaspoon, pop cranberry sauce down the
sides of your sausage.
- From the top fold your pastry over your filling, now roll tightly. Using your beaten egg, to stick the end together and roll.
- Cut into sections (whatever size you like)
- Add to a flours oven tray and slice the tops.
- Using the rest of egg, generously coat the tops
- Sprinkle with poppy seeds and add to the oven for
20 minutes until golden brown.
