Ingredients:
- 6 Meat-free sausages
- 4 tbsp Pomegranate seeds
- 300g Sprouts
- ½ cup Walnuts, quartered
- 1 red apple
- 6 rashers Quorn bacon
- Winter Salad leaves
- 1 tbsp honey
For the dressing:
- 1 tsp Wholegrain mustard
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Rice wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 6 tbsp Sunflower oil
Method:
- Cut the sprouts in halves and pop them into the air fryer at 200°C for 15 minutes. After 10 minutes, drizzle with honey.
- Heat a pan on medium and cook the sausages and bacon until golden brown.
- In a small bowl, mix together the wholegrain mustard, Dijon mustard, rice wine vinegar, honey, and sunflower oil for the dressing. Set aside.
- On a large serving plate, layer the winter salad leaves, walnuts, and pomegranate seeds.
- Slice the sausages in halves and chop the bacon into small pieces. Place them over the salad.
- Top with the honey-glazed sprouts and drizzle with the dressing.
