Chicken burgers full of flavour topped with crème fraîche with a kick!
Ingredients
- 1 Pack Heck! Minted Pea, Spinach & Chicken Burgers
- 2 Brioche Burger Buns
- 200g Crème Fraîche
- ½ Cucumber
- Handful of Spinach
- Handful Fresh Mint (Chopped)
- 1 Tbsp Harissa Paste
- 1 Tbsp Lime Juice
Method
- In a hot frying pan, cook your Heck! burgers in 1 tbsp of oil for 12-14mins and cooked all the way through.
- In a bowl,mix together the crème fraîche, mint, harissa paste and the lime juice.
- Peel the cucumber into ribbons.
- Lightly toast the brioche buns under the grill, keep an eye on them as they brown quickly.
- Finally, load the base of the burger bun with the spinach, the cooked burger, a dollop of the crème fraiche mix and cucumber ribbons.
- Serve with sweet potato fries.
