This Thai-style stir-fry is made using our delicious seasoned chicken mince, tossed with tenderstem broccoli, spring onions, spicy red chillies, and soft noodles. Serve with a generous squeeze of fresh lime juice. Huzzah!
Ingredients
- 1 Pack Chicken, Minted Pea & Spinach Mince
- 300g Fresh Egg Noodles
- 100g Tenderstem Broccoli
- 1 Fresh Red Chilli (Finely Sliced)
- 3 Spring Onions (Sliced)
- 1 Lime (Juiced)
- 1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
- 1 Tsp Chilli Flakes
Method
- In a hot frying pan/wok, add 2 tbsp of oil and add the Heck! mince, break into small pieces using a wooden spoon.
- In another pan with boiling water, add the tenderstem broccoli and cook until slightly softened. Once cooked, drain and add it to the mince.
- Add the noodles and sliced red chilli to the mince. For an extra kick add a sprinkle of chilli flakes.
- To finish, squeeze over the lime, scatter the sesame seeds and top with slices of the spring onions.
