Breakfast Burrito
Our breakfast burrito wrap is filled with Smoky Pork Rashers, creamy avocado, crumbled feta, a fried egg, and sweet pomegranate seeds. It’s a delicious and protein-rich way to kickstart your day!
Serves 2

 

Ingredients:

·       4 HECK! Smoky Pork Sausage Rashers

·       2 tsp oil

·       2 tortilla wraps

·       2 eggs

·       2 small avocados

·       10g feta cheese

·       Pomegranate seeds

Method:

·       Heat the oil in a frying pan and in one half of the pan cook the rashers as per packet instructions, using the other half of the pan to fry the eggs.

·       Whilst these are cooking, mash the avocado and season with salt and pepper.

·       Gently warm up your wraps in the microwave for 30 seconds, then load each one with the mashed avocado, chicken rashers, crumbled feta and a sprinkle of pomegranate seeds.

·       Roll each tortilla wrap tightly and eat ‘on the go’!
