A hearty way to start the day! Treat yourself this weekend with this so very British fry-up. A classic combo of sausage, bacon, eggs, mushrooms, hash brown, beans & toast. Complete with a cuppa Yorkshire Tea!
Ingredients:
- 4 Heck! Chorizo Sausages
- 4 Eggs
- 4 Rashers Bacon
- 30g Mushrooms
- 4 Hashbrowns
- 400g tin Baked Beans
- 4 slices Sourdough
Method:
- Pre-heat your oven to 180 fan
- Place the HECK Sausages in the oven to cook as per instructions
- Pop a couple of hash browns into the oven too and cook for 15 minutes or until golden brown
- Slice up the mushrooms and sauté in a pan with a little butter
- Pop the bacon into a frying pan and cook until crispy
- Make the eggs of your choice - Scramble works nicely with the chorizo sausages
- Slice up some pieces of sourdough bread and toast - Serve alongside the breakfast fry up
Enjoy with a cuppa tea or fresh juice
