Our limited-edition PECK! burgers are the way to your loved ones hearts this Valentines. Serve in a soft brioche bun, along with roasted sweet potatoes, and a side salad - it’s a perfect balance of savoury and sweet!
Serves 2
Ingredients:
- 2 PECK! Chicken Italia burgers
- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 2 brioche buns
- 100g Tomatoes, halved
- Mixed leaves
- Balsamic glaze to garnish
Method:
- Pre heat oven to 200 degrees
- Slice your sweet potato into ½ cm pieces. Shape your potato slices in heart shapes.
- Place your sweet potato onto a baking tray and drizzle over with some oil for 15-20 minutes.
- Pre heat a pan on a medium heat. Add a little oil and pan fry for 12-14 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Assemble the mixed leaves and salad onto a plate.
- Add cheese on top of the burger until melted
- Assemble and serve.
