Pork and marmalade pastry tree

Ingredients:

  • HECK 97%
  • Orange marmalade
  • 2 packs pre rolled pastry
  • One egg, beaten

Method:

  1. Pre heat oven to 200 degrees
  2. Into a bowl, de skin sausages and stir meat until softened.
  3. Roll out pastries and pop both on top of one another.
  4. Cut into a large triangle shape
  5. Take top pastry off and set aside
  6. On bottom, place sausage meat and spread evenly over all
  7. Now add a layer of marmalade
  8. Take your other triangle sheet and pop on the top4
  9. Now cut slices on each side, leaving a little untouched down the middle
  10. Now roll these slices up to create a twist
  11. Using left over pastry from cutting, make a star and a base for tree, add to top and bottom.
  12. Now add grease proof tray and egg wash
  13. Pop in the oven for 20 minutes until golden!

Now pop out and serve as a tear and share! Perfect for Christmas gatherings!
