Pork, Marmite & Cheddar sausage roll

Pork, Marmite & Cheddar sausage roll

Ingredients:

  • HECK 97%
  • Pre rolled puff pastry
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2-3 tbsp Marmite
  • 50g cheddar cheese

Method:

  1. Pre heat oven to 200degrees
  2. Roll out pastry and spread marmite evenly across the entire sheet.
  3. Now cute the pastry into 4 sections
  4. Sprinkle sheet with cheese
  5. Cut sausages into 3 even pieces and lay them on one side of your rectangle pastry, repeat for all 4.
  6. Fold the opposite side over the sausage, then cut into 3 (one piece of sausage in each section)
  7. Using a folk, press down edges.
  8. Pop onto a grease proof tray and cover in your egg wash
  9. Place in the oven for 20 minutes until golden brown.

Remove and allow to cool then enjoy!
