Ingredients:
- HECK 97%
- Pre rolled puff pastry
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2-3 tbsp Marmite
- 50g cheddar cheese
Method:
- Pre heat oven to 200degrees
- Roll out pastry and spread marmite evenly across the entire sheet.
- Now cute the pastry into 4 sections
- Sprinkle sheet with cheese
- Cut sausages into 3 even pieces and lay them on one side of your rectangle pastry, repeat for all 4.
- Fold the opposite side over the sausage, then cut into 3 (one piece of sausage in each section)
- Using a folk, press down edges.
- Pop onto a grease proof tray and cover in your egg wash
- Place in the oven for 20 minutes until golden brown.
Remove and allow to cool then enjoy!
