Serves: 4
Ingredients:
- 1 pack HECK chorizo style 97% sausages
- 300g king prawns
- Tagliatelle
- Parmigiano
- Double cream
- Crushed garlic
- White wine
- Chives
- Tbs oil
- Salt and pepper
Method:
1) Cut each sausage into 6 bite-size pieces
2) In a medium pan on medium heat add the oil and sausages and fry for 5 minutes.
3) Add the prawns, double cream, wine, Parmigiano, chives, garlic, salt & pepper to the pan and cook for a further 10-15 minutes until the prawns are pink and the sauce has thickened.
4) In a separate pan fill with boiling water and add in your pasta to cook as instructed.
5) Once the pasta is cooked, add it to the pan of sausages and mix until all the sauce is combined.
6) Garnish with extra chives and parmigiano.
