Protein pocket calzone

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 250 pack of HECK chicken Italia mince
  • 80g Mozzarella
  • 1 large Tomatoes
  • Handful Spinach
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs

Method:

  1. Spread the mince onto a sheet of parchment paper and use a rolling pin to flatten it into a 1cm-thick circle.
  2. On one side of the mince, layer half the cheese, followed by the spinach, tomatoes, and the remaining cheese.
  3. Fold the other half of the mince over the filling, pressing the edges firmly to seal.
  4. Coat the entire surface of the calzone with panko breadcrumbs, pressing them gently to ensure they stick.
  5. Flip the calzone over and coat the underside with breadcrumbs as well.
  6. Place the calzone in the air fryer and cook for 15 minutes, or until golden and fully cooked.
