Serves 1
Ingredients:
- 250 pack of HECK chicken Italia mince
- 80g Mozzarella
- 1 large Tomatoes
- Handful Spinach
- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
Method:
- Spread the mince onto a sheet of parchment paper and use a rolling pin to flatten it into a 1cm-thick circle.
- On one side of the mince, layer half the cheese, followed by the spinach, tomatoes, and the remaining cheese.
- Fold the other half of the mince over the filling, pressing the edges firmly to seal.
- Coat the entire surface of the calzone with panko breadcrumbs, pressing them gently to ensure they stick.
- Flip the calzone over and coat the underside with breadcrumbs as well.
- Place the calzone in the air fryer and cook for 15 minutes, or until golden and fully cooked.
