The RLT

Our spin on a classic, replacing the bacon with our Smoky Pork rashers. It's flavourful and quick to make. This protein-packed hot breakfast is a great start to your day!

 

Serves 2

Ingredients:

·       4 HECK! Smoky Pork Sausage Rashers

·       1 tsp oil

·       2 large tomatoes, sliced

·       Iceberg lettuce, shredded

·       4 slices of bread

·       2 tbsp mayonnaise

·       Drizzle of sriracha (optional)

Method:

·       Slice the vegetables and set aside.

·       Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the rashers for 4-5 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.

·       If you’d like your bread toasted, pop this in the toaster now!

·       Now assemble your sandwich starting with lettuce, tomato, topped with rashers then mayo and sriracha if using!
