Ingredients:
- Bagels of choice, Halved.
- One egg
- Simply chicken Mince
- 2 Spring onion stems thinly sliced.
- 1tsp finely chopped chives
- 1tbsp Hoisin sauce (can also use sweet chilli alternative)
- 1tbsp Sesame oil
- 2/3 tbsp sesame seeds.
Method:
- Into a bowl, mix your mince, spring onions, chives, hoisin and sesame oil together and set aside
- Into another bowl whisk an egg and place your bagels down on both sides and allow to soak into the dough.
- Now place some of your mince around the bagel.
- Top with a healthy portion of sesame seeds.
- Pop in the air fryer for 10 minutes at 180 degrees!
- Enjoy with a side salad and for sweet chilli dip.
