Simply chicken sourdough brunch

Method:

 

  1. On  medium heat add the sausages to a pan and fry for 10 minutes until golden.
  2. Dice up the beetroot and mix into your houmous.
  3. Set your sausages aside once cooked and add in your eggs and fry until cooked.
  4. Toast sourdough until preferred colour.
  5. On a plate, add a tbsp of houmous and spread it. Place the sourdough on top, following with lambs’ lettuce, sausages, sliced avocado and egg.  
  6. Garnish with a drizzle of smoky chili oil.
