Serves 2
Ingredients:
- 4 HECK! Simply Chicken Chipolatas
- 2 Eggs
- 1 avocado, sliced.
- Small pot of Houmous
- 2 pickled beetroots
- Handful lambs’ lettuce
- 2 Tsp smoky chilli oil
Method:
- On medium heat add the sausages to a pan and fry for 10 minutes until golden.
- Dice up the beetroot and mix into your houmous.
- Set your sausages aside once cooked and add in your eggs and fry until cooked.
- Toast sourdough until preferred colour.
- On a plate, add a tbsp of houmous and spread it. Place the sourdough on top, following with lambs’ lettuce, sausages, sliced avocado and egg.
- Garnish with a drizzle of smoky chili oil.
