Try this great midweek meal with onion, cherry tomatoes and olives, all nestled within some baby new potatoes and our oven roasted tomato, olive and pork chipolata. This is a really easy dish all cooked in 25mins.
Ingredients
- 1 pack Heck! Oven Roasted, Olive and Pork Chipolatas
- 150g baby new potatoes, halved
- 1 white onion, sliced
- 200g cherry tomatoes
- Handful black olives
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Pre-heat your oven to 180°C fan
- Start off by washing and slicing some baby new potatoes and boiling until slightly softened.
- In a large baking tray/oven proof dish add in your chipolatas, a drizzle of olive oil, onion, tomatoes, the cooked potatoes, black olives, and seasoning.
- Give the contents of the tray a little mix so everything is coated evenly.
- Place into the oven and bake for around 20-30 minutes or until the sausages have gone golden brown on the outside.
- Remove and serve up!
