Ingredients:
- 2 large tomatoes, sliced.
- 6 97% Smokey Pork Sausage Rashers
- ½ iceberg lettuce, finely sliced.
- 4 tbsp garlic mayo (or plain mayo)
- 4 slices of bread, toasted.
Method:
- Slice vegetables and set aside.
- To a pan add your 6 rashers to a medium heat and fry for 5-7 minutes turning occasionally, until golden brown.
- Pop your bread on to toast
- Now assemble your sandwich starting with lettuce, tomato, topped with rashers then mayo!
