The Ultimate BLT

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  • 2 large tomatoes, sliced.
  • 6 97% Smokey Pork Sausage Rashers
  • ½ iceberg lettuce, finely sliced.
  • 4 tbsp garlic mayo (or plain mayo)
  • 4 slices of bread, toasted.

Method:

  1. Slice vegetables and set aside.
  2. To a pan add your 6 rashers to a medium heat and fry for 5-7 minutes turning occasionally, until golden brown.
  3. Pop your bread on to toast
  4. Now assemble your sandwich starting with lettuce, tomato, topped with rashers then mayo!
