Veggie Big Mac Burger

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  • 5 HECK! Meat-free sausages
  • 60g iceberg lettuce, finely shredded
  • 2 brioche burger buns
  • 3 tbsp burger sauce
  • 6 pickles
  • 4 slices of burger cheese

Method:

Start by removing the sausages from their casings and mixing the meat in a bowl. Divide the mixture into four portions and shape them into patties. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through. Add a slice of cheese to each patty in the last minute of cooking and let it melt.

To assemble, spread some shredded lettuce on the bottom half of each brioche bun. Stack two cheesy patties on top, add a few pickles, and drizzle with burger sauce. Finish with the top half of the bun, and your Veggie Big Mac Burger is ready to enjoy!
