Veggie Breakfast

Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • HECK meat free
  • 2tbs oil
  • 2 tomatoes, slices
  • One avocado havled and sliced
  • Mushrooms of choice
  • 2 eggs
  • One tin of mixed beans

Method:

  1. To a frying pan add 1tbs oil with your sausages and lightly fry.
  2. Add your mushrooms and tomato to an air fryer for 7 minutes at 180.
  3. Into a saucepan add your beans on a low heat for 3-5minutes.
  4. Move sausages to one side of the pan and add 1tbs oil and crack eggs and fry.
  5. Now add all your elements from airfryer and pans and finish with your sliced avocado!
