PAN FRY OVEN BAKE GRILL BBQ

Pan Frying Chicken Burgers

  1. Get the Pan Ready: Heat 1 tsp of sunflower oil in a pan over high heat for 30-60 seconds.
  2. Start Cooking: Add your chicken burger to the pan—it should sizzle right away! The sizzling might fade a bit as the pan cools, but it’ll pick up again in about 15-30 seconds.
  3. Turn Down & Flip: Once the sizzle is back, reduce the heat to medium. Let it cook for about 6 minutes, then flip the burger to brown evenly.
  4. Finish Cooking: After 13 minutes of cooking on medium heat, your burger should be juicy, golden, and ready to enjoy!

Oven Baking (Fan Assisted)

  1. Preheat: Set your oven to 180°C.
  2. Get Ready to Bake: Place your chicken burger on a foil-lined baking sheet and pop it onto the middle shelf.
  3. Bake & Flip: Bake for 14 minutes, then flip the burger to brown the other side. Continue baking for another 6 minutes.
  4. Serve Up: After 20 minutes, your burger will be perfectly cooked and ready for serving!

  3. Cook & Flip: Grill for 10 minutes, then flip and cook for another 10 minutes.
  4. Enjoy: After 18-20 minutes, your burger will be golden and deliciously grilled!

Health Grill (George Foreman)

  1. Preheat: Turn on your George Foreman grill and wait for the green light (no oil needed).
  2. Cook & Flip: Place the burger on the grill, close the lid, and cook for 3½ minutes. Flip it, then cook for another 3 minutes.
  3. Ready to Serve: After 6½ minutes, your burger should be perfectly grilled and ready to eat!

Charcoal BBQ

  1. Build the Fire: Start with crumpled newspaper in the BBQ pit. Build a kindling “wigwam” around it and light the paper to start the fire. Add charcoal to the structure and let it burn until you see a glowing orange bed of coals. Brush your grill with cooking oil to prevent sticking.
  2. BBQ Time: Place your chicken burger on the grill, and if you have a lid, close it to keep the heat steady. Let it cook for 7 minutes, then flip the burger.
  3. Finish Cooking: Keep an eye on it, turning as needed to keep each side evenly browned. After about 12 minutes total, your BBQ chicken burger will be smoky, juicy, and ready to enjoy!
