FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") govern your entry into and pmticipation in the promotion. Please read these terms carefully before entering, as by entering, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

In the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications related to the promotion, including advertising or promotional materials, these Terms and Conditions will take precedence.

Please retain a copy of these Terms and Conditions for your information.

By entering this promotion, you confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy at www.heckfood.eo.uk/win-a-jet2-holidayand agree to any personal information you submit as pmt of this promotion being held and processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy, the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the Data Protection Act 2018.

ELIGIBILITY

ï        This promotion is open to residents of England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland

aged 18 years or over at the date of entry.

ï        Employees of the Promoter, Jet2, and any affiliated companies, along with their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.

ï        Employees of any marketing agencies involved in this promotion are also excluded.

ï        Previous winners of a HECK or Jet2 competition within the last 12 mouths are not eligible.

ï        An internet connection, valid email address, and mobile number are required for entry.

ï        Entries made using multiple names, aliases, or fraudulent methods will be disqualified.

ï        Entries must be made directly by the person entering.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

The promotion will run from 00:00:01 on 24.03.25 to 23:59:59 on 16.06.25 (the "Promotional Period"). Only entries submitted within this period will be valid.

HOW TO ENTER

For a chance to win, follow these steps:

1.     Scan the QR on HECK 97% Chorizo Sausages packaging.

2.     Complete the online registration form, providing your full name, mobile number, email address, line number, and time (found on pack).

3.     Submit your entry.

ï        Only valid entry information will be accepted and may be subject to verification.

ï        One entry per pack purchased.

ï        Jn the event of suspicious activity, the Promoter reserves the right to request additional evidence to confirm the legitimacy of the entry.

ï       This promotion is only available on specially marked HECK 97% Chorizo pork sausage

packs sold at participating Tesco stores in the UK, via the HECK website (D2C), and at selected HECK promotional events. Purchases from third-party resellers 01· online marketplaces are not eligible.

PRIZE DETAILS

1.              The winner will win:

(a)          a 7 night holiday for 2 adults (aged 18 years or above at time of travel) and up to 2 children (aged at date of return travel) in a deluxe one bed family room on an all inclusive board basis at the Occidental Torremolinos Playa, Costa del Sol. This prize includes return flights for up to 4 people from any UK Jet2.com base that flies to Malaga, transfers to and from the overseas airport and the hotel AND 1 free item of checked baggage of up to 22kg per person.

(b)         This prize must be booked by 31st August 2025 and taken and travel to and from the

destination must be completed between one of the following date bands (including all return travel):

21/03/2025 - 03/04/2025 or

29/04/2025 - 22/05/2025 or

03/06/2025 - 17/07/2025 or

28/07/2025 - 11/08/2025 or

03/09/2025 - 16/10/2025 or

04/11/2025 - 16/11/2025 or

2.          Transfers to and from the airport in the UK are not included. No optional flighVboard//transfer/accommodation supplements are included in the prize. Travel insurance is not included. Winners are advised to take out their own insurance.

3.             If a prize is not booked by the applicable date, it will be deemed forfeited.

4.            The prize is subject to these terms and conditions ("Prize Terms") and the Jet2holidays' and Jet2.com's terms and conditions (together the "Terms and Conditions") which can be found at http://www.jet2holidays.com/terms-and-conditions and http://www.jet2.com/terms respectively. The holiday shall not constitute a 'package' under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 (the "Regulations") and the Regulations shall not apply, nor shall the applicable provisions of the Terms and Conditions which relate to the Regulations. In the event of any conflict between the Terms and Conditions, and these Prize Terms, these prize draw terms and conditions will take precedence.

5.             Prize flights are limited on the flights operated by Jet2.com and may be unavailable even if there is general availability on a particular flight.

6.             Jet2holidays reserves the right (but shall be under no obligation) to substitute the prize or any element of the prize with alternative dates/property/transfers/destinations at any time, to the equivalent prize value.

7.             Jet2holidays reserves the right to amend or cancel the flights or holiday for any reason without prior notice. Please note that flight schedules are not guaranteed.

B.  The prize and each element of the prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. The prize may only be taken by the prize draw winner along with any accompanying passenger(s) notified to Jet2holidays in the relevant booking, subject to the maximum number of passengers specified within the prize details. Flights must be taken by all passengers at the same time from the same airport. Once you have made your booking this cannot be amended.

9.       The prize duration may not be extended and no element of the prize may be changed by the winner. Additional passengers outside the maximum amount permitted in the prize details may not be booked onto the prize booking.

10.    All passengers must have a valid passport to travel, and must meet all relevant visa and/or other entry requirements including any medical/health screening requirements or similar.

General:

11.    Entrants' details will be used to administer the prize draw and award the prize. Details will be used in accordance with the Jet2holidays privacy policy (see https://www.jet2holidays.com/privacy­ policyhttp://www. je12.com/p rivacy),

12.    When entering the prize draw entrants will be invited to opt in to receiving marketing from Jet2holidays. If entrants choose to opt in, their details will be retained by Jet2holidays for the purposes of marketing (which may include activities such as passing on information about deals, offers and promotion codes from Jet2holidays).

13.    Where Jet2holidays makes any changes to the prize (including dates of travel), no compensation or cash equivalent will be available. Jet2holidays will not be liable for any cancellations or changes to the prize draw or any prize, or for any loss or damage entrants or accompanying passengers suffer as a result of entering the prize draw provided that nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit the liability of Jet2holidays in relation to personal injury or death caused by Jet2holidays negligence or for fraud.

This promotion is subject to the availability of specially marked HECK 97% Chorizo pork sausage packs. The Promoter is not responsible for any packs being unavailable at specific Tesco stores, HECK's website, or events.

WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

ï       The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.

ï        The winner will be notified via phone and email within 48 hours of the ,ompetition closing.

ï        The winner must respond within 7 clays to confirm acceptance of the prize.

ï        If the winner fails to respond, is ineligible, or declines the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

ï        The Promoter may request proof of identity (passport, driver's license) and proof of address

(utility bill).

PRIZE REDEMPTION

ï        Once verified, the prize will be awarded within 30 days.

ï        The winner will receive booking instrnctions and must coordinate directly with Jet2holidays.

ï        If the winner does not receive their prize within 30 days, they should contact

sausages@heckfood.co.uk.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

ï        The Promoter and Jet2holidays are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage except where caused by their negligence.

ï        The Promoter is not responsible for:

o      Lost, delayed, or corrupted entries.

o      Technical malfunctions preventing access to the entry form.

o       Delays or changes due to force majeme (e.g., pandemics, travel restrictions, strikes, natural disasters).

ï        The decision of the Promoter is final and binding.

PUBLICITY & DATA PROTECTION

ï        The winner's surname and county may be published upon request.

ï        If the winner does not wish for their details to be shared, they must inform the Promoter within 7 days of accepting the prize.
