Cooking Instructions

PAN-FRY FOR BEST RESULTS:

Pre-heat a pan on a high heat. Add a little oil to the pan and add in the rashers. Cook for 5 minutes, turn over halfway through cooking.

Grill:

Pre-heat grill to medium hot. Add rashers to a lined baking sheet with a wire rack and place on the middle shelf. Cook for 6-8 minutes turning halfway through cooking.

Delivery

We keep things cool—literally! Your HECK! sausages and burgers are sent in insulated boxes with ice packs to keep everything fresh until it reaches your door.

We partner with DHL for deliveries, and they aim to get your order to you between 8am-6pm.
