Cooking Instructions

PAN-FRY FOR BEST RESULTS:

Pre-heat a pan on a high heat. Add a little oil to the pan and add in the rashers. Cook for 5 minutes, turn over halfway through cooking.

Grill:

Pre-heat grill to medium hot. Add rashers to a lined baking sheet with a wire rack and place on the middle shelf. Cook for 6-8 minutes turning halfway through cooking.

Delivery

We send our burgers, bangers, balls & bombs out in cool boxes with ice packs. Your order will arrive packaged in one of our insulated boxes, and we add lots of ice packs into your order to keep the products cool.

We use DHL to deliver our parcels. They aim to deliver to you between the hours of 8am-6pm.
