Introducing our limited-edition Pork & Brown Sauce Sausages - the perfect banger for your Father's Day fry-up.

These sausages are made using British pork shoulder and flavoured with Stokes brown sauce. They are gluten free & high in protein.

Freezing Advice

You can freeze all of our products on day of purchase, so bulk buy for the freezer so that you never run out!

Ingredients

Pork (85%), Gluten Free Crumb (Rice Flour, Water, Dextrose, Monohydrate, Vegetable Fibre)), Stokes Brown Sauce (Malt Vinegar (from BARLEY*), Unrefined Raw Cane Sugar, Tomato Puree, Date Purée (9%) (Dates, Water), Black Treacle (8%), Cornflour, Seasoning (Coriander, Ginger, Clove, Cinnamon, Pepper, Cayenne Pepper), Sea Salt, Preservative: Sorbic Acid)), Seasoning (Spices, Salt, Sugar, Dried Leek, Preservative (Sodium SULPHITE**), Stabilisers (Diphosphates), Herb, Yeast Extract (SULPHITE), Antioxidant (Ascorbic Acid), Spice Extract). Cooking Instructions

Remove all packaging before cooking. Cooking instructions are a guide only from chilled. Ensure piping hot throughout before serving.

Pan-fry for best results

Pre-heat a pan on a medium heat. Add a little oil and pan-fry for 14-16 minutes, turning occasionally.

To grill

Place on the middle shelf under a pre-heated medium hot grill for 14-16 minutes, turn halfway through.

Delivery

We send our burgers and bangers out in cool boxes with ice packs. Your order will arrive packaged in one of our insulated boxes, and we add lots of ice packs into your order to keep the products cool.

We use DHL to deliver our parcels. They aim to deliver to you between the hours of 8am-6pm.
